Refund policy

Any pieces that break within 2 weeks of purchase may be sent back for a full return or replacement. Please email me at caesurajewelry@gmail.com with pictures and a refund will be sent to you within the Shopify terms and conditions. I will happily cover the cost of shipping the item back to me and the replacement to you in these cases. Once 14 days has elapsed, if a piece suffers a break or comes apart, please email me at caesurajewelry@gmail.com with pictures. Those returns or replacements after 14 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No returns or replacements will be available after 6 months. Please be advised if a piece is irreparable (broken stone or shell, etc.) then a new, similar piece will be sent as a replacement. This is because every piece I make is completely and totally unique and therefore technically irreplaceable.
